Problem getting new pass word for Iceshanty

A friend of mine is have trouble getting a new passwork for Ice Shanty.  Every time he tries to get a new password he never receives the email from Ice Shanty with the new pass word.  He even tried setting up a new Ice Shanty account with a new logon name and still does not receive an email from Ice Shanty.

Anyone else having a problem like this?  If so hwo did you overcome the problem?

just had to re-do mine as well. Same problem, would never get the password reset e-mail. Tell your friend to scroll down to the bottom of the forum page, it shows all members that are online, including mods. Send a pm to a couple of them, they reset my password to a generic one I told them, then went in and reset it to a new one.
