Anybody ever target these fish? What should I consider when targeting white perch? Structure? Depth?
Where can you find white perch in winter?

I normally find whites to be a suspending fish. I usually find them in the main basins following the bait. They tend to be there one minute and gone the next.
I like to drill lots of holes and when they come under, hole hop to try to stay with them.
In open water there is an old timers trick of catching one and hooking it to a long length of line with a baloon on it and letting it go. The fish will attempt to stay with the school and ya follow the balloon.
Kids that hunt, trap and fish don't mug little old ladies.

Big moves to find'em, small moves to catch'em!
