Finally got around to working on my flip over. Really enjoying seeing everyone’s clever modifications so thought I’d share mine. Love doing overnights on the ice. Last season was tough to find a comfortable solution. Decided to do a raised deck with storage. Added a few extras, radio, usb/12volt ports, cup holders, lights, rod holders mounted on outside of sled instead of inside. Two inflatable single air mattress’s and sleeping bag should do the trick for me. Surprisingly very comfortable. Used 1/4” plywood and 2”x2” for frame work.

Very nice.
What do you do for safe overnight heat.

Mr. Buddy heater on a 20lb tank. Keep one of the door zippers cracked open and top vents in house open to create some air flow.
