I have the Strikemaster gear and it's about half the price...on sale now in places.   I think a guy could get both for $225.  It's a steal.  Padded and articulated knees.  Guesseted cape in back for mobility.  Wind flap over zipper and ribbed cuffs for the wrists.  Ice armor is very good stuff as well...my opinion is that it isn't $150 better.  But you see a lot of people wear ice armor.  Just an option for you my man.  I didn't like the Vexilar gear at all....too light and didn't feel durable.
STRIKELITE 4-STROKE, POLARIS 800 X2, OTTER OUTDOORS, FL-12, FORD F-150, ST. CROIX, HERITAGE LAKER AND FRABILL THERMAL TIPUPS, STRIKEMASTER BIBS AND PARKA, MR BUDDY, LOWRANCE H2O, AQUA VIEW XL, MARCUM PANNING TRIPOD, AND FATTIES.

???  ???   I might be wrong but i think the OP was asking if anyone had any idea how the new IA slipon shoes were.  I do not .. but also interested in them as my Cabelas slipons are getting pretty worn out.
