Depends on what kind of unpainted jigs you are looking for. for ice fishing i like the ice blades that Stamina and Janns NetCraft sell, all you need to do is solder a hook to them and paint them. Otherwise both of those companies sell bulk unpainted jigs in a variety of styles. Making your own is another way to go, there are a lot of molds out there for just aboot any jig style you want (except for the daimond/marmooska style, anyone finds a mold like that let me know immediately!). I make my own and it isnt that complicated, just hard to find pure lead now a days. Another thing you are gonna wanna do when you get started on pouring your own jigs is to tie them into hair jigs. Alot of people underestimate these types of lures under the ice, but they are proven producers year round. Here are a couple of styles i have tied up. the smallest of which is 1/80th of an ounce.
