Does anybody know much about them. I recently bought 2 of them at a garage sale . They are circular black plastic and look like a vexilar base. A reel mounts facing down on one of the handles. The flag mechanism works on a slider setup. Both were missing flags but I found the exact flag at another garage sale about 3 miles away from the first. He said that he just sold 4 more of them so there must be some out there. I was just wondering if anybody knew the history of them. I will post a picture if i can figure it out or send one to someone to post if you like.
