Looking for couple rods

Looking for rod to use with #5 rippin rap and #5 jigging raps.  3/8 oz spoons for river current.   Assume should be same rod.   
What do you like for a rod for Winnie?

A medium light should be just enough, but I would prefer a medium power rod with 3/8 oz at times when I'm getting beyond depth of 35 feet.  Just a little better at hook set.
