Lake george lodging
« on: Feb 02, 2015, 04:18 PM »
Can someone tell me where i can stay over for a nights lodging that wont break the bank. Would like to fish the king for the first time but would have to stay over. most places i have googled have been out of my price range. Just want a clean quiet place to spend the night. Something around a 100 or less would be nice. Thanks fisherman. Would be coming in from the south end.

Check out queensbury. There are red roofs etc that fit the bill and are 15 minutes away at most.

There are a few chains in LG Village too that should be under $100
Goin' where the wind don't blow so strange,
Maybe off on some high cold mountain chain.

Off Exit 18 of the Northway there are two nice places to stay that are only 10 minutes from Lake George.  One is the Super 8 on Corinth Road and the other is Day Inn just to the right of the Exit 18N ramp.
