Well,,,I was thinking. With a fireplace that big,,,we are gonna need a good amount of wood. I have a small pile I can bring. Anyone else want to contribute? I can get some stuff that is seasoned now and stack it in my garage.
If fishing was work I'd never be sick!

Anyone know the regs for using a sled there? Someone told me today that we have to be regestered in NY or Vt and need a riding class card and insurance. Is this true? If so Is it true dor wheelers too?

The regs are very complicated to figure out. We brought sleds there last year. I think you just need them insured and registered to ride on the lakes. The trail system is totally different.
My wife called the NY registry to see what was required.

Just checked some ATV reg sites...looks like you do not have to register in VT as long as you are registered in your home state...as long as you are not using designated club riding trails...that wouldnt be on a lake

If I am registered in my own home state or province, do I need to register in VT too?
No, as long as your machine(s) is registered, you do not need to re-register it in the state of Vermont.

Correct you are,as long as your not on the trail system. You dont have to worry over where you are going or anywhere as long as you dont act like an idiot. We all know there out there.Ive been fishing champlain for eight years,I have yet to see a warden.Go catch some fish, relax, and have fun.Tight lines guys

You are correct on the regs. I think you also need to have vehicle insured.
Registered in home state and insured you will be all set.
Good luck
