I have a Zercom Colorpoint and the box it came in. I checked thinking I might still have the owners manual and could make you a copy but it's gone. As I remember, the owners manual was extremely short on information and I remember being disappointed in what it contained. The box has some product info which I'd be happy to send you if you think it might help. Not sure if any of this is useful or not. Good luck with your quest. My CP still works well so I keep using it.
