you should flatten them out a bit; smaller are better; the monster sacks will not cook evenly; don't forget to jab a couple of holes in the sack before frying; if the sack stays sealed you can end up with a "Perch Egg Grenade" when the steam inside the sack makes them explode!  Really makes a mess of the stove and seriously impresses the wife.

You guys are funny. I’ve never had perch eggs for some reason but I actually really like fish eggs. You’re making me wanna see if they’re as bad as you all say. Hard for me to believe to be honest
