Title: Lake Anita

Just wondering if any ice fishing gets done on this lake.

Yes definitely.  I hear of the arm near the campground being the most fished area.  I've only been once but it was pretty good.

If anyone is willing please reply to this it is too far of a drive to check on the ice. So if one of you fish the lake and there is good ice could you please post it here? Thanks!

No good ice around here yet. Will probably be a couple weeks yet. Supposed to get rain and snow This weekend.

Drove through today, the campground arm is locked up with some open water along the edges, we had a lot of rain in the area.  There are a ton of geese keeping water open in front of the dam across to the beach.  The 10 day forecast looks good for making ice.  Hopefully we'll be out in a week or so.

Just wanted to bring this back to the top. Hopefully there will be some good ice in the next month. If someone happens to fish this lake I would really appreciate a heads up!
