Im going to be a large lake with a max depth of only 20-25 feet. I want to target kokanee and was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I should do. Bait? And also what depth should I try fishing?

My experience with kokanee is they like to hang suspended over a deep hole.
Your lake doesn't have that, so your gonna have to scout them.
Try looking along the "lines" formed from one "point" on a bay to the other "point" across the bay.
A point being where a bay meets the main body of the lake. Kokanee are cruisers,
I've never seen them hanging near structure like panfish do.
