Had a great day with my daughter and her friend at the SPSA derby!

You can get a good look at a steak by sticking your head up a bull's a$$, but wouldn't you rather take the butcher's word for it??

Its an american angler electric knife, i bought a set of thin berkly blades for small fish. The tool is a townsend fish skinner. I dont think they make them anymore, they were made in america, probably circa 1950-60. You can still find them for sale though online. Saves a lot of meat on small fish fillets and pulls some of the belly bones out. I still go back throu with a fillet knife and make sure the bones are gone. As for cheating, my old USMC drill instructor used to say, " if your not cheating, your not trying hard enough".....LOL!

Just so nobody gets confused it was the Christine Reed Memorial derby held at the SPSA. The SPSA derby was the 16th and 17th.  ;D

My bad fishtank, it was a memorial derby. This link has more photos and an extra video or two.
