Looks like an almost exact copy of the old Pilkie, which is now called Shuck's Jigger.  Except the Shuck's Jigger has the chain/single hook combo.

I bought a few to try last year when they came to Niagara falls ny have yet to try them they are similar to a small swedish pimple

I haven't ordered any from them but they have one of the best fishing channels ever:

I used one and caught some perch. Didn't produce well enough compared to my other go to lures. When the bite is slow every so often I take it out and give it a shot. I mainly stick with raps, kastmaster/ spoons, or jigs with wax worm when panfishing.
