Blue cheese Burger

2lbs burger meat
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp hot sauce
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 small block blue cheese

Mix ingredients thoroughly and form patties around chunks of blue cheese.
Grill, serve on grilled rolls and enjoy.

The blue cheese burgers are great!  Never put honey in them though.  Might have to try it since my dad and I raise bees.  Here's one straight from the chef

1-2 pounds deer burger
1/2 chopped onion
couple dashes of garlic salt
ground black peeper to taste
and about half a bottle of horseradish.

Mix together and grill.
You would think they would be hot but they aren't.  You can also add mushrooms to the mix, but don't add to many or the burgers won't hold together.

I tend to keep it simple.
Don't measure a thing. Mix a small amout of A-1 with a slightly larger amout of Worchestershire sauce so it thins down the A-1 about half as thick as it originally was. Brush on the burgers each time you turn them over til their done.
Outstanding flavor and a lot less stressful than a lot of other recipes.
Back to the basics ...
