something new to me is beer cheese spread. grate up a pound of the sharpest white cheddar you can find (i use cabots seriously sharp), grate up a pound of cheap orange sharp cheddar(only way i know how to get rid of orange cheese ;D). into a food processor add cheese, a jar of the red horseradish with beats drained, a table spoon cayenne and another of salt, a third cup sourcream, a third cup cheap beer(flat). turn on the processor till its blended and soft, refridgerate it over night. its a good spread or dip

What's with the squeaky curds? Have to keep an eye out in my supermarket, but don't think I'll get lucky.

you can probably have them shipped to your house, but to get the full experience of the squeaky cheese you need them fresh from the factory and warm.

Jumpin Jack, it's a co-jack with jalapeno and habanero in it, and a montery jack with bleu cheese in it. Can't remenber the name of that one.

I love the 5x chedder here, and of course regular cheese curd.
You can get a good look at a steak by sticking your head up a bull's a$$, but wouldn't you rather take the butcher's word for it??
