-40 in March
« on: Mar 13, 2021, 11:44 AM »
I can’t remember the last time that I saw -40 this late in to March.  Usually this time of year -20 is pretty common but last night it got a little chilly, it’s supposed to be even colder tonight.  I think I will just hold onto my cold this time, it seems like every time I send it south all people ever do is complain.  Now that the sun is up it’s warmed up to -35 so I think I’ll go for a ride and look for some wolves.

Had a 75 degree temperature shift yesterday it went from -40 in the early am to +35 in the afternoon in the sun.  I expect today to be a mirror image of yesterday.  Burbot fishing was pretty decent last night, it should pick up in the next week or two as the moon comes back.
