Anyone try a johnson?

Just picked up a sled (1989 AC Cougar 500/Fan w/reverse and es) and looking to put together some racks.  Looked through the threads and see some cool custom stuff but not sure I want to put that kinda time into this now that it's almost time.

Any feed back from people who have purchased a Johnsons rack?

They look pretty cool and detachable, which I like so I can remove it if the kids want to play in the yard.
