Good idea Reb , I just turn them upside down and stand on the handle a pull, seems to come apart without to much effort

I drill a little hole in the bottom of mine to make them come apart easy. If I need them to hold liquid, I just put a little dollop of caulk over the hole, then peel it out when I'm done.

:roflmao: no, just a dab of bathroom caulk.
I did try Flex Seal on something else once... it was extrenely unimpressive. JB Waterweld or just straight up old school roofing tar are my go-tos for plugging up leaks on stuff.
I just use the caulk on the buckets because it peels off the hole easily when I'm done with them.

Come apart real easy if you apply some heat to the bottom of the bucket with a heat gun or hair dryer. Keep the heat gun moving so you don't melt a hole

I had a chip 6 in long by 4 in wide and about 2 in deep pop out of my driveway some years ago. I tried several concrete patches and they all popped out during winter. I poured liquid Flex Seal in the chip and it works well for this. Been there for about 3 years now and hasn't budged a bit. :o

I'd need a long extension cord for that. I take a couple buckets on the ice for my fish and try getting them apart on the ice. :roflmao: :roflmao:

About the time I'm done straining my milk and and saying they'll never come apart let him hang straight down and they just fall apart. This has happened to me quite often.

You can blow compressed air between the buckets to release the vacuum.

Ive learned to not stack buckets.it's convenient but a hassle.i will stack milk crates to the moon tho.lol

haha.i couldnt bring myself to drill a hole in a nice bucket or milk crate..lol

I never tried filling a ground crack with it, but I tried using it on a leaky old canoe and a water tank, and it didn't work well on either for me. The water tank did stop leaking... for maybe a week. The canoe ended up being a lost cause and got scrapped.

Seems anything reputable isn't advertised on TV. That way there's fewer returns. Hard to mail a canoe in. ;D

I take the handles off all of my buckets and replace with some type of rope. When stacking I just pull the knots that I use to connect the rope up to act as a "shim", "spacer", etc. Rope is always useful and way easier to carry a bucket if need to at different heights or lengths. There's my two pennies.
