Guys I have fond memories of my X67c. Am i hearing the Elite 3x and Hook 3x aren't nearly as good or sensitive? Or is it the 4 series that is equivalent?
I may just grab an older unit if they are better

Yup the 67/68 is equivalent to the elite 4/4x. The 3x is a simple unit with no gps, no amplitude scope, bottom zoom not movable zoom, no flasher/split zoom screen. You do get what you pay for. I needed a backup for my backup and grabbed this with no regrets. Still able to slay greenbacks with this unit

Still running my 67. It's been thru hell and back. If it breaks, I'm looking for another one. Lowrance should bring it back into production and junk the newer ones.

Have the x67c for years now use it on ice and on the boat

I also have a 67c it's been a great unit for many many years

I use an elite 5x. It's unreal and have the options of flasher and sonar at the same time. You'll love. Goes back on the boat in the spring

I just saw the price premium on the X67c and the M68c. I'm going back! Rock solid

I just started using my elite-5 ice fishing this year. I really like it a lot. The color is amazing to watch. It's not the version with chirp technology. It goes back on my boat in the spring.
