Shout Out to Clam Customer Service!

I bought a Clam Dead Meat 32M rod a couple of weeks ago from Blain's Farm & Fleet.  Loved the rod, but I broke the tip being careless.  I emailed Clam, asking if it could be repaired, or if they could just send me a tip guide.  I would glue the tip guide back on, because it broke right below the guide.  Dalton at Clam took care of my claim.  He said they would replace the rod, but asked me to cut the rod in half and send him a picture of it.

I broke the rod on Tuesday, started the process on Wednesday, and today Saturday had a brand new rod at my door!

Thanks Clam for the awesome service!
