Well we did not drill holes "yet" but we have the hut in place and ready to go :-)

Last Sunday - 4 pike with the longest 34in and the heaviest 10 lbs

8 days ago. 6 Pickerel for a 5 hour day, not to bad though. One of them was a pretty nice size that my buddy pulled up.

First back on ice in 20 Years was last Thursday. Needed to get back out there for some emotional healing, after loosing a sister-in-law to BC @ 41, the past year really S@#Ked. only out for 1 1/2 hrs before work, got 1 small pickerel, one of my buddies that has gotten me back out there got 2 nice salmon, he and my other bud missed 3 others that day, got some other fish as well it was a great day even if I only got 1. Going out tomorrow maybe I'll get lucky with a salmon, if not it is good to be out doing what I love. Catching fish, or trying to at least.

And let me say this site is great, been checking it out a lot and glad to be apart of it, maybe I will meet a few people from here on the hardwater.
