Heard lots of ice and people fishing but didn't hear of great success. I usually fish Wakaw in late winter with better results.

Going to try targeting targeting pike on Wakaw the next few days. Will post with results.

Avg. about 6-8 lbs. Fished on 4 different spot's. Used ciscoe's on tipups on the breaklines on each location between 5 to 12 ft. of water. Midday bite both days. Seemed to be a neutral bite as fish did not travel far with the baits after they picked them up, and several tripped flags that drew blanks.

Anyone have any reports on Wakaw Lake?  I am going there for the first time and any info would be useful.  I am thinking of going just west of Sandy Point...?  Any areas to recommend (I don't want you to give up spots...just where to get on)?
Thanks in advance!
CM

west of Sandy point is a good start, there are some walleye holes out that way.
