Crazy weather

Last week I was waking up in the mornings to around -24°f, today I was fishing in almost 50° and it was raining for a while. I was thinking I should have brought my rain coat, or umbrella, but it only lasted about a half hour. I really can not remember ever in my life ice fishing in the rain on Feb. 13th? Not around here anyway. It was good to knock down some of the snow.

Ya, same weather here in MT. Highs in the mid 50's & the ice is going quick. I hope it cools back down here...  :icefish:

It was -35F just five days ago and it will be in the 50's today,definitely crazy weather!

First time in my life I've seen Lightning while ice fishing was last Saturday.  I was night fishing for Ling when the whole sky lit up and scared the crap out of me.  Didn't take me very long to get picked up and off the ice. :o

Around 40F here this week and the snow is going fast. It's supposed to be back in the 20s next week which will be ok with me. If we get enough water out of here now we might not flood again this year.
