The get fileted and usually deep fried. Thats my favorite. The wife likes them pan fried. Not really any bad way to cook them I guess. They sure are hard to catch some days. We went on Sunday, same spot and only caught 5, but had piles of them on the vex. Chased the jigs all day but wouldnt hit. That sure is a scary ride on that road after a warm day huh.
