Title: Lake storey in galesburg

I heard some guy and his truck went thru the ice the other day. Anyone know if lake storey is still open to ice fishing?

is this a large body of water? who would risk their life and vehicle to drive to a spot that probably could be walked to in minutes.

Drove by Sat. and there was someone ice fishing by dam.

Plenty of ice for ice fishing, not so much for driving.  Had a couple buddies down there the same day the truck went through.  They said they caught a lot of Crappies, but nothing of good size.  That lake always turns on at night.
