Bartons Cove Gathering

Well I have to admit that when I set the Feb. third as the date, I did not realize that it was Super Bowl Sunday.  I am sure that this would not work for many people (including myself).  I had hoped to keep it on a Sunday as some people have to work on Saturday but the previous Sunday, Jan 27trh, is the date for a large tourney at the Oxbow.   The fallowing Sunday (Feb. 9) is clear as far as I can tell or we could have it on Sat. Feb 2.  I would like it if every one who replied previously would chime in with their preferences.  I will make a decision on Sunday night.

Again, if you are planning to attend please state your preference for either Sat. Feb 2 or Sun. Feb 9.

Jeeps told me all about the "Bartons Cove Hoopla".  Sounds like a good time.  count me in and either day would work.  It would be my first time fishing the cove. Tight lines...

Sounds like this get together is getting pretty popular I think I`LL have to check it out Captain if you all welcome a couple of R.I.nders.Maybe we will try out some of our dead bait up there for those Conn River PIKE.

I will be there if it can be on Saturday, as Sunday is my little girls 9th birthday and she wouldn't be to happy if daddy wasn't there.
