I'm kinda partial to glow jigs, and I carry different size jigs with me, sometimes ya have to downsize to get em to bite.

Or in my neck of the woods...... up size.  We use 90% of the time a 1/8" glow spoon tipped with crappie candy, which is a killer.

Anything from a tiny tear-drop to a 1/4 ounce spoon or small jigging rap will work, depending on the day.  If you want to lure fish to the hole, upsize...if fish are around but won't bite, downsize (or change color).

Thats what I have been using as well, I tip them with glow Berkeley Gulp Fish Fry.  Been having good luck.  Have seen people have equally good luck on small swedish pimples and small glow in the dark spoons.

I been doing good with a gold/chartreuse 1/16th oz Slender spoon tipped with 3 spikes one on each hook of the treble. It has a little better attraction to the big ones.

When they are actively feeding 1/32 oz jig is deadly, I have always done good with a pink head. The overall length of the jig with bait or plastic should be about 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch long.

!/100th to 1/16th, horizontal (usually) and often the larger glow at night, depends on their mood. JamminJigs Neon Tiger in glow red at night is lethal for me
