I just want to give Shappell a thumbs up on their customer service. I purchased a Rover shanty from them and sent away for the free travel cover. I used the cover about 4 times and noticed the seams coming apart in two different places. I sent them an email describing the problem, and they said they would send a new one right out. I am hoping this was just a fluke and not something I have to look forward to happening with the shanty.
