frost leaking on you when you ice fish?
« on: Feb 13, 2007, 09:18 AM »
I HAD THAT PROBLEM UNTIL I PUT SOME FOILED BUBBLE WRAP ON THE INSIDE OF MY ICE HOUSE.  IT ALSO KEEPS THE HEAT IN BETTER ON WINDY DAYS. I HAVE A FRABILL TREKKER 2 AND WITH THE BUBBLE WRAP IN THERE IT FOLDS UP WITH NO PROBLEMS.

I'd say you may need to let the condensation out some how, maybe open a vent or door a little.

Just get the hut really hot to begin with, I mean really hot so it melts it all off, then wont build up again haha. Also I have heard of people using blankets stapled into the ceiling, it allows air to move but absorbs the water when it drips.
