Pigs om Ice
« on: Jan 23, 2024, 11:02 AM »
Scratched the itch at Coveville yesterday afternoon - wanted to fish Toga, but talking with guys coming off at Fitch - ice was 3" or less - not enough for my butt! So, to "the Cove" I went - 5" of good ice - went to drill a hole - drill wouldn't work #$%^- no chisel - had to fish open holes I found - hammered the dink gills -

Very disappointed to see canes, plastics bottles and other crap left where a "pop-up" had been earlier - Yeah, I know it's the Hudson and it's polluted and you can't eat the fish - BUT you don't have to make things worse by leaving your CRAP all over the ice!
