Thinking about heading up to Caroga Lake this weekend, any idea of ice conditions?

was there last friday had a lot of snow cover and looked terrible. walked out on the beach about 30-40 yds spud went right through maybe 1.5" (3 ft of water) so wasnt worried if i got wet. Sat they got a bunch more snow. Should be close check out the Canada lake webcam its similar conditions or call the store.
