EEL Bay Construction Info
« on: Jan 08, 2024, 11:10 AM »
Construction started in Oct. 2023 on the road by the access to Eel Bay where most people go on the ice to fish.  The roadway was widened and a large pipe was installed to allow the turtles to travel thru rather than crossing the road.  As of right now the launch is closed for the winter with no additional info.  See pictures.  Also there is 1 1/2 inches of ice with 5 inches of snow.

Got another foot of snow between yesterday and today.  not good for making ice, haven't had a chance to check it.

Thank you!  Anybody out fishing?  Those winds from the weekend probably did a number on the ice.  Snow ain't helping!!!
