UMaine Fishing Club Derby - Pushaw lake

Feb 23... The UMaine Fishing Club will be holding its 2nd annual fishing club derby at Pushaw Lake.  My buddy and I made the trip last year and were really happy with how well it was run.  If you have the opportunity why not come out?  It s great to see these young people doing things that help support the sport.

Anyone know what time the Old Town Trading post opens on Saturdays for bait? If i recall the bait shop was open earlier than the store> Thanks Ziggy

I believe 5 am.  I was there at 5:30 last Saturday and they were open

Tournament is a go for this weekend and looks like the weather is cooperating!  Why not come out and support the young fisherman who are the future. The tournament was very well run last year..
