I’m thinking either that or NH if the Berkshires don’t hold up next weekend. Lots of central ma still accessible this weekend

Was going to head to pontoosuc Onata or Cheshire next Saturday and use VT as a backup plan but maybe I’ll just make VT the plan A. Barton’s cove is my only western mass experience so it’s all new to me anyways. This will likely be the last trip of the year unless cmass can get lucky and refreeze.

50/50 if Berkshires have good ice next weekend. I’m hoping southern Winnipesaukee will have some next weekend. Barton’s cove actually holds its ice as long as any place in the state, as long as the water levels don’t rise and mess up the edges. That whole cove is nicely shaded
