Comet rainbows

After fishing comet pond a good ten times over the last 3 years I finally got my first rainbow through the ice there. Ended up getting two for the day not bad after such a long skunk on the ice there. Both hit on a small shiner 5 feet under the ice in 15 feet of water.

Nice bow, congrats!  If you go back and substitiute shiners for trout worms and fish 2-5 ft under the ice and you should nail a ton more.

Howdy,  Don't forget to set a couple tilts close to shore in less than 5fow!!  O.P.

Had two set in 15-25 feet two in 8-5 ft of water and was jigging all depths
