hey I got a great idea  seeing it's your first post ....why don't you go to otisco and make your second post  telling us  how the snow was how thick the ice is and  what you catch and  where you caught them  depth jig  color and bait should be included  ..........and before anyone  says I'm being mean ....he's been on this site since 2005 and just made his first post  now that's a lurker

  I haven't been on the ice in a few days, but I'm not mean either.  Harmless request for asking how much snow is on the ice.   The old men are getting grumpy this time of year by the looks.  Otisco got hardly any snow last night,  looks like it blew away whatever what they did get.   You should be good for an easy pull.   At least that's what it looked like from the road.    Now just let me know what color jig your using when you crush them;)

Trapper do you remember the gps coordinates that I was on last week when I slammed the crappies ..wasn't so hot the next day...jig color really don't matter...I dropped 30 different color and sizes and styles of jigs last Sunday..they wouldn't touch nuttin..but you can't beat that gold diamond jig though ..they didn't want that either

In all honesty there was no snow this am I know someone that went to this morning Wednesday for tigers he said no snow and 7-8 inches of ice
