Pike have been real slow for me this year I got one nice one in Peirmont dec 7 since then its been slow. As far as bait I get all my Pike bait at Steve's in N. Hartland VT. He has great bait, and the prices are reasonable. Everything from pinheads to big pike bait.

I have only fished orford in the summer from my boat. I actually haven't seen many people out there. It is pretty shallow that may be why not as many people fish there.

timberdoodle helped me out and tiped me out on the setbacks of the conn. did one in norwich/hanover and got a pretty nice one and some shorts, tried piermont today. 2 flags no fish, should have fished shallower, man there are some deep spots in that setack! jigged for walleye with no luck also, ut it was snowing like crazy also.

I believe Jericho has pike in it.

A bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work!!
