has anyone heard anything about this?
-
When was this to have happened? Monday was the last time I was out there.
-
A snowmobile went under on Lincoln Lake in Kent County, Wednesday. 1 person drowned.
-
I haven't heard or seen anything on the local news outlets but will let you know if I hear anything
-
hopefully it was mis information. I think it was supposed to have been the 13th?

The only incident I heard about was the one on Lincoln Lake which is not far from us. The snowmobiler was a long time resident and drove over some sketchy ice at night and the guy he was riding with said he knew better. I think he is still missing. Just goes to show you when you think you know you never do with ice. We were over in that direction today and there are several lakes tied together there with springs and flows which make it hard to predict.
Also, a little over a week ago 3 teens went through on the Muskegon river just outside Big Rapids. Two made it out the other did not and is also still lost.

They did find his body on Lincoln lake.
