took a ride today thru stafford and woodstock, heres what i found: Stateline pond water draining for dam repairs about 2 inche ice at dam.Morey Pond locked up about 2 inches ice at launch , went out about 10 feet and cracked. Black Pond has lots of open water but ice around edges 1 1/2 thick. Bigelow was open at part of dam end , at boat launch 1 1/2 to 2 inchs black ice close in , got less quickly. Still not ready and too warm this week end :(
