Has anyone ever used these WIND TIPUPS?

 Just wanting to know if it would be worth making some of these. They sound kind of interesting.

I believe that the flag and the wire that is holding the line connects. I found them on ebay for cheap and am thinking of buying one and just attempting to recreate one out of aluminum the cool thing I found is that they basiclly fold completly flat. I just thought that this might just be an interesting unit.

yea I found out these are made of galvinized steel I do agree with you about the flimsy idea but I also think the thicker the metal the better it would be. I think aluminum would work just have to use thicker matieral for better strength.
