Title: Tip ups

I'm very new to tip up fishing, I live in a state when the use of live minnows is not allowed, so i'm looking for a tip up with a wind vane, what are some good one's, and some e-mail addie's if possible.

H-T windlass is a good choice. As for your minnowless state regulation, try maggots, waxies, helgamites or any other aquatic insect. Are you banned from using all minnows or is it just live ones? If it's only live minnows that are banned, fresh dead will work on any kind of tip-up.
