I agree but there is good safe ice (5+) to fish on now in the area and not to far north..

went out saturday in greene county and had a solid 3.5 of black ice. it's out there gents. just take a ride and bring the rope and spud.

I got out Saturday.2" of ice....Couldn't fish the like we wanted to because we couldn't venture out any further....Fished from 6a.m until 3p.m. ...... Not one flag
