I got a few of those spinney silver fish, 2 that are speckled with a soft mouth and 3 to many of the dreaded curse fish..along with a bunch of crushed and stolen baits.. real fussy eaters today..

Fell flat on my face when my creeper caught on the cleat on the wheeler... full face plant .into a puddle..not happy..

Funny thing, set up in the dark, never got a flag until 10..

16".. got both within 10 minutes of each other,  moved all over, could not find them again.. jigged more today than i have all year, all I got was carpel tunnel..every thing came on shiners 4' above the bottom in 45 to50' of water..nothing but smallies in the shallow water.

The face plant is actually pretty funny.

16".. got both within 10 minutes of each other,  moved all over, could not find them again.. jigged more today than i have all year, all I got was carpel tunnel..every thing came on shiners 4' above the bottom in 45 to50' of water..nothing but smallies in the shallow water.

Congrats on the 16".. I caught one 1 1/2 lb LB today no skunk. Sorry about the face plant it could have been worse. Was that before or after the mosquito bite?

Sounds like an interesting day Joe. 70° in March, Mosquitoess on the ice.....clearly mother nature is confused.
That Full moon hasn't helped the bite the past few days either.
