Motorized tipups

I have seen the new tip ups that have a little motor that provides a "jigging" action.

Has anyone had any luck with these?

Any opinions on these tipups are appreciated.

Welcome aboard,

as for the jiggin tip-ups there is a long post on the equipment board that you should read befor purchasing one. It seems that 90% of those who have them, have had problems, seem poorly made.

I bought one this year as the price was right to try it myself, it has not hit the ice yet, but I hope I have more luck then the others
