I didn't know a mobil bait shop was legal??
 I hope he's set up out of the way from the traffic getting on the lake.

Mobile bait shop is perfectly legal you just need a dealers licence. the licence is for the person selling the bait. a retailers licence is for a fixed location.

I just went to Masons in Cornish yesterday morning and he was fully stocked with shiners. I got three dozen and they look really good. He said he has plenty now but as the season goes on he might not be able to have a good stock.
