63F & light winds right now at my house. Planned on going fishing today, but the weather changed my mind. Oh well, hopefully can get out next weekend. Everyone be safe out there !!

Well, our official high today was 64F. Holy schnikee's was it nice out !! Yeah, the ice at G'town will hold for awhile. I did look at the webcam up there at about 4:30pm & the surface looked pretty slushy to me. Forecast is calling for temps mid 30's to mid 40's for highs starting Wednesday & low to mid 20's for lows. That's good news. Where you located jc ??

In Whitehall. Usually head to Helena area for ice fishing and haven't been up to gtown this yearyear. Prly head that way Saturday for a brookie or two and hopefully a bucket of salmon for the smoker. We need some cool air!

My truck says 68 which is usually pretty accurate. Wind as hell also. Went to bed with snow on the ground wind blew all night and all snow is gone. Seriously thinking of putting ice gear away and getting fly rods out
