Last Sunday ice was 12"thick but couldn't get a fish on the hook. Plenty down there but not interested.  Kids had fun and that was the goal.

 inregards to the pike there, there used to be quite a few and actually some good sized fish. i found a dead one that was probably close to 20 lbs. and i worked with a guy that caught one i want to say about the same a few years ago. i saw the picture and he was standing right on the dock holding it. i think most are gone if not all now though. i remember about fifteen years ago there was one day catching a bunch of little one and two pounders.
