looks like a no to me. these are for snow machine use mainly.

i'd spring for a better pair of bibs. maybe hardwater.

here is the predator. these are just under hardwater in quality/features.

new for 2017 in the predator parka. looks more casual.

Follow up: a receiving a reply from Striker that they do in fact have padding in the knees I ordered the Nomads Monday. They showed up Thursday. The medium with the adjustable inseam is perfect for my short 5'7" self, but the lack of elastic on the sides make my beer belly a little snug compared to the Predators and the Hardwaters. Otherwise missing chest pocket, snaps instead of magnetic flaps and the towel seem to be the only differences for the $75 savings with the current sale. If I can lay off the Halloween candy and practice self control at Thanksgiving these should be perfect for my non bucket sitting nomadic perch searchin' style.

I just got my Nomad bibs in the mail a few days ago. I wanted something that would not be quite as warm as my Hardwater bibs for fishing later in the season when the weather is not quite as cold. However, the Nomads seem like they could certainly be worn even in very cold temps. I was surprised how durable the material is. It appears to be only somewhat lighter than my Hardwater bibs. As Algae had already mentioned, not too much different than the Predators besides no chest pocket, no elastic on the sides, and saving around $70.00!
